Purpose of this portal
The control centre processes customer contact details, service configuration, domain registration information, usage records, invoices and payments to deliver and administer Darkflame Studio services.
Credentials and provider access
WHM, registrar, Host Africa and Acronis credentials are encrypted at rest. Provider credentials are never exposed to customer browsers. Access is role-based and administrative actions are audited.
Account protection
Accounts are created by an administrator and public registration is disabled. Keep your password private and sign out when using a shared device. Contact Darkflame Studio immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
Operational records
Billing, payment, provisioning and domain-operation records are retained as required to provide support, maintain an audit trail and meet applicable business obligations.
This operational summary should be reviewed alongside the company's formal POPIA and privacy documentation before public launch.
